Refund Eligibility
Wert4K IPTV offers refunds under specific circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and meet the following criteria:
- Service is not working due to technical issues on our end
- You are unable to access the service after following setup guides
- Duplicate payment was processed
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to set up service due to user error
- Device compatibility issues (please check compatibility before purchase)
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Refund requests submitted after 7 days from purchase
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your account details and purchase information
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the remaining subscription period and circumstances.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.
